Kay has been involved with HCP since 2007 when she
played Texas in
Cabaret. She has since performed in
several shows, costumed for the playhouse, and been Edna
Turnblad's dresser in
Hairspray.  Kay's favorite HCP
experience was playing Miss Poppenghul in
Moonlight and
Magnolias
.  Kay resides in Radcliff with her husband, Ki.
The Treasure of Hardin County", Ron Blair, first came to HCP in 1989 at the age of 15.
Since then Ron has performed in over 60 productions in various theatres throughout the
career. As a writer he has been published in magazines such as Sposa and Hacker's his
favorite roles over his thirty year career include Toby Belch in Shakespeare's "Twelfth
Night", Tito Morrelli in two separate productions of "Lend Me a Tenor", Tevye in "Fiddler on
the Roof", the titular charcter in Shakespeare's "Macbeth", Fagin in "Oliver!", and most
recently, Felix in "The Game's Afoot". In 2012, Ron was awarded, "Best Male Performance"
during the Kentucky Theatre Association competion for his portrayal of Fred Phelps and
various other characters in HCP's award winning production of "The Laramie Project". Ron
resides in Rineyville with his wife, Michelle, HCP's house manager, and his two children
Caleb and MacKenzie, both of them young theatre veterans in their own right. Ron most
recently co-directed Jeff Curtis' original musical, "Heroicus" and is looking forward to
continue to enrich the local arts community as a writer, director, and performer.
